How to use

For a simple palm inhalation, rub a drop Vetiver between your hands to warm the oil. Hold your hand up to your nose, then breathe in through the nose and out the mouth five times. Blend with a carrier oil to create a relaxing massage oil for muscles, joints and mind!

Usage precautions

For external use only. Keep out of reach of children. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. Do not use while pregnant or breastfeeding. Always dilute. If irriation occurs, discontinue use. To remove essential oil, use plant oil (olive).
