How to use:

Blend Marjoram with a carrier oi to create a warming muscle and joint massage treatment, or massage into the abdomen for digestive or menstrual support.

For topical application, use a dilution rate of 6%.

Keep out of reach of children. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. Do not use while pregnant or breastfeeding. Always dilute. If irritation occurs, discontinue use. To remove essential oil, use plant oil (olive).
